Jacksonville, Fla., April 14, 2026 - Junior Achievement of North Florida (JANFL) today announced that Daily’s, operated by First Coast Energy, LLP, has entered into a 10-year agreement to serve as a Signature Storefront Partner in JA BizTown at the future Junior Achievement Experiential Learning Center in Jacksonville.
The long-term commitment - among the most significant and longest-duration corporate investments in the project to date - represents a major investment in the region’s future workforce and reflects Daily’s deep roots in Northeast Florida. Grounded in its guiding principle of “Building a Nicer Community,” the partnership marks an elevated level of support for Junior Achievement and its mission to prepare young people to be confident, capable, and connected as they navigate what’s next.

The Experiential Learning Center will serve as a regional hub for career-connected learning, reaching tens of thousands of students annually through programs like JA BizTown. Inside BizTown, students participate in a fully simulated economy - taking on jobs, managing finances, and making real-world decisions that build foundational skills in financial capability, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
JANFL leaders say a core priority is ensuring the experience reflects the real-world economy students are growing up in.
“Our vision is for JA BizTown to mirror the Jacksonville business community,” Italia said. “That means bringing together companies and industry sectors that are essential to our region’s economic success - so students can begin building an early understanding of how our local economy works and where they might see themselves in the future.”
As one of the region’s most recognizable consumer brands, Daily’s presence in BizTown will help bring that vision to life - introducing students to a sector that plays a visible and important role in everyday commerce across Northeast Florida.
The partnership is further strengthened by the leadership connection between the organizations. Bobby Price, chief financial officer of First Coast Energy, L.L.P., serves on the Junior Achievement of North Florida Board of Directors. In addition, Aubrey Edge, president and CEO of Daily’s, has been a longtime supporter of Junior Achievement, reflecting a broader commitment to community engagement and student success.
For JANFL, the Daily’s commitment underscores a broader theme emerging across the capital campaign: the importance of local companies stepping forward to help build a transformative community asset.
